Bibimbap (Mixed rice with vegetables and meat)

This is one of my favorite meals, because it's very filling and it makes you eat vegetables for a good dose of nutrition!

Ingredients:
1. cooked rice
2. sunny side up egg

3. sliced and sauteed cucumbers
4. sliced and sauteed carrots

5. sauteed spinach
6. bean sprouts

7. cooked ground beef

8. Korean hot chili pepper paste

  • If you like things spicy like I do, you want to put in about 3-4 spoons.
9. sesame oil
  • It's up to you how much oil you want to put in but I put in about 2 spoonful
10. shredded lettuce


you put all these ingredients together and mix! and you get a wonderful meal!
